Genuine care
I recently contacted Jenetta for a hypnotherapy script of hers that I had mislaid and had previously found to be very beneficial in assisting my clients with letting go of past grief, negative emotions, frustrations, and stresses. She went out of her way to assist me and even recommended another script that was also very beneficial for me to use in my therapy practice. I believe that anyone wishing to use Jenetta’s hypnotherapy services would find her to be very approachable, empathetic, and caring.

Overall, their holistic approach ensures that every client receives a care plan tailored to their specific lifestyle and recovery goals.

Trusted holistic approach
I have been seeing Audrey for more than ten years now for a range of issues, including stress management and general wellbeing, eczema and gut health. I have referred so many friends and family to her, as her caring and gentle manner and holistic approach have always been successful in managing recurrent conditions which mainstream medical practitioners (including specialists) were not able to resolve. If I could give her ten stars I would!

Noticeable skin benefits
I had two facial acupuncture treatments with Audrey so far and the experience was incredible. I left feeling deeply relaxed, with skin that was noticeably softer, dewy, and refreshed. Even my forehead lines looked smoother after each session. Audrey’s holistic approach, genuine care, and high level of professionalism made the experience both calming and effective. I’m excited to see the results after completing the full course of treatments.

3. Endeavour Wellness Clinic – Sydney

Website: https://www.endeavour.edu.au/endeavour-wellness-clinic
Address: Level 5, 815/825 George St Haymarket (Gadigal)
Contact: 1300 859 785 | (02) 8204 7700
Hours: By appointment
Endeavour Wellness Clinic in Haymarket is a top option that keeps natural health care affordable for everyone.
As a teaching school, this clinic uses a special two-person team model. A senior student leads your appointment while an experienced teacher watches and guides them.
This means you get two people helping you for a much lower price than a regular doctor visit.
As for the practitioners, they stand out for comprehensive care across naturopathy, clinical nutrition, and Chinese medicine, giving budget-conscious clients a reliable path to long-term wellness.
You’ll need to consider some things before booking here, though.
First, because the clinic operates around academic terms, your student practitioner may change between follow-up visits.
Additionally, base consult fees don’t cover dispensed products, optional add-ons, or telehealth postage, so be sure to budget for those potential extras.
Caring Guidance Focused on Finding the Root Cause
Can’t thank this clinic enough for how much they’ve helped with guiding me in the right direction. Truly caring for achieving results and to try to find the causes of my issues. Meagan has been there at every consult and has been extremely helpful. To the students – keep going; you’re the future of health!

Affordable Treatments with Student and Professional Expertise
I absolutely adore the Endeavour Wellness Clinic! It’s so well priced for the excellent level of treatment you receive. As a client, I know that I am in safe hands, with both the enthusiasm of students and the expertise of seasoned professionals working together. Chinese Remedial Massage (tui na) is a favourite of mine, but I also really enjoy massage, acupuncture and naturopathy too. Highly recommended!

Safe space for such a vulnerable treatment
I cannot recommend this place enough. Ellie held such safe space for such a vulnerable treatment! She was able to explain to me in depth the benefits and had such deep knowledge of how to make this treatment work for me and my body. I cannot recommend her enough! Thankyou !

If you’re feeling super tired and stressed out, Wellness on Darling in Balmain is a great place to rest and recharge. The clinic is quiet and peaceful, offering relaxing massages and high-tech recovery rooms.
A big favorite is their large warm sauna, which has plenty of room to stretch out after doing a workout at top Pilates studios locals love. To help save you money, they sell multi-visit passes that make each visit cheaper if you go often.
It’s worth noting, however, that they have two different locations. The Balmain location does massages and saunas, while the Chiswick location handles exercise classes. If you want to do both, you might need to drive between them.
Also, weekend and evening spots book up fast, so be sure to save your spot early!
A complete recovery experience
Definitely worth checking this place out. I started with the infrared sauna to relax my body, then into the compression session in their recovery room. I was seated on a recliner and fitted into the compressions- very very relaxing! Finishing with a massage. The massage was exceptional, his release work was on point. Highly recommend doing it all. A great price with a lot of value. I will return – thank you.

Highly recommended
Just finished a sauna and compression session here and it was exactly what I needed! The staff are fantastic, the facilities are immaculate, and the entire experience feels premium from the moment you walk in. I arrived feeling stressed, sore from the gym and dealing with some back pain… and left feeling lighter, looser and completely recharged. Highly recommended 🙂
