This is such a fresh and creative idea for us since the homeowners also told us that you can “edit” your future bathroom as you walk through the visual aid.
This isn’t just helpful for homeowners but also for the team. This allows for adjustments to be made beforehand rather than after renovations, which can be costly and time-consuming.
The homeowners also appreciate that in every project, there’s an assigned project manager who will oversee the whole thing and will serve as their point of contact.
They said that it made the whole journey seamless and more organised since the project manager took all the stressful stuff.
We were just disappointed to hear about some issues with the pricing. A few homeowners reported additional costs that were not included in the initial quote.
Though some of them didn’t mind, it would be more appreciated if they were informed about it.

In terms of the process, it was pretty structured. They provide a full, detailed quote shortly after the initial consultation. And in case the homeowners need help with design, the team will offer an interior designer consultation valued at $500.
And after the clients agree to the quote, the material selection and renovation scheduling will follow.
Giving clarity on the timeline and budget makes it easier for the clients to decide before committing to the project.
We also like that each project has a dedicated team/builders. Homeowners found this very reassuring, since they can feel the attention is undivided.
We also heard that the team supplies the homeowners with a work schedule every week, so they’re aware of what the builders work on each day.
We’re just disappointed that the team sometimes forgets to communicate, though it’s not really a common occurrence.
