The 5 Best Nutritionists in Sydney Who Actually Get Sustainable Results
Here in Sydney, we take our lifestyle seriously. From weekend markets in Marrickville to long work days in the CBD, we’re constantly moving, and our health has to keep up.
But with trendy diets and conflicting wellness claims, it’s easy to get confused about what “eating well” actually means. Not to mention the fact that unsupervised changes can be downright dangerous.
A professional nutritionist can help you get sustainable results using evidence-based advice. And lucky for you, we’ve collected some of Sydney’s top nutritionists here, and all you have to do is check them out.
How much do nutritionist fees cost in Sydney?
The cost of nutritionist fees in Sydney ranges from $80 to $290 per session. Most nutritionists offer weekly programs for long-term support, ranging from $1,000 to over $5,000.
1. Clinical Nutrition by Ola

Contact: +61 416 626 602
Opening Hours: Monday – Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Wednesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Clinical Nutrition by Ola is led by an ATMS-accredited practitioner. Ola Krawczyk also has an advanced diploma in clinical nutrition.
During our assessment, we noted how flexible everything is. Our favourite is her telehealth consultations, allowing clients to secure online plans.
One of our team members gave it a go and confirmed how comprehensive the process was. The initial meeting was comprehensive, and there’s even a 30-minute microbiome pre-screening consultation.
Speaking of which, the focus on gut microbiome balance sets them apart. They also offer support for conditions like Hashimoto’s, hypothyroidism, and post-thyroidectomy care.
We’re pleased with the track record of outcomes, too. The clients we interviewed said that they experienced improvements in perimenopausal symptoms and chronic fatigue.
The nutritionist’s attitude is also a plus. She’s attentive and warm, and it’s a plus that she speaks both English and Polish.
One limitation is that services are exclusively online. It may not suit clients who prefer in-person consultations.
Understands health concerns
“I had such a positive experience with Ola during my initial nutrition consultation! She’s a great listener and took the time to understand my health concerns in detail. Her approach was very thorough and personalised, helping me manage my perimenopausal symptoms and improve my gut health. I feel so much better now — more energy, less bloating, and more balanced overall. I highly recommend Ola to anyone looking for professional, evidence-based nutrition support”

Supportive every step
“I’m so grateful to Ola for helping me feel like myself again. When I started this journey, I was struggling with thyroid issues and didn’t know where to turn. Ola not only guided me with her knowledge and care but also truly listened and understood what I was going through. Her own experience made me feel supported and hopeful every step of the way. Thanks to her, I feel so much better today — both physically and emotionally. I can’t recommend Ola enough to anyone who’s looking for genuine care and lasting results. She speaks fluently in both English and Polish, which made our sessions so easy and comfortable.”

2. Sydney City Nutritionist

Location: Wellshare Medical Suites, L7, 428 George St, Sydney NSW 2000
Contact: +61 1300 366 342
Opening Hours: Monday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Tuesday & Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
One of the things we loved about Sydney City is that they go beyond basic meal plans. For instance, they offer food intolerance testing that covers high-sensitivity blood tests.
We liked this approach as it really considers the client’s medical makeup into the plan.
Technology is another standout feature. They have advanced body composition and cellular health screening. These assessments avoid radiation while gathering crucial bodily data.
The comprehensiveness of plans offers good value. A good example is their flagship 12-week program that includes weekly accountability, metabolic health assessment, and optional DNA testing.
The results alone speak for how solid this option is. Clients we interviewed reported stabilised blood results, healthy weight loss, and better athletic performance.
The approach is highly educational, which meets our standards. We appreciate how detailed the test reviews are, so the nutritionist is able to craft strategies for long-term habits.
We only wish for a bit more transparency about rates.
Fantastic advice and management
“Jennifer is a great nutritionist and I highly recommend her. I ‘m currently pregnant and her advice and management during the pregnancy has been fantastic. Sometimes the Doctors and Nurses just don’t give you the insights that other health practitioners can offer. Jennifer has added so much extra awareness and self care ideas during my pregnancy that have made my life so much better and the pregnancy go a lot smoother. She’s a must have on your health professional team!!”

3. Holly Arnold Nutritionist

Location: Level 1/17 Randle St, Surry Hills NSW 2010
Contact: +61 401 201 229
Opening Hours: Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Holly Arnold offers clearly structured programs divided into tiers. There are the Starter, Momentum, and Bespoke packages.
The programs range from 6 to 12 weeks and go from $1,430 to $5,000. We appreciate these options, as this makes it more accessible for clients with varying budgets and needs.
Across all tiers, the improvements remain evident. One of the clients we interviewed lost 10kg in weight. A few others say they had better gut health and reduced psoriasis flares.
We particularly liked the weekly voice-note accountability system and app-based habit tracking. It’s a great way to stick to plans and see progress.
Her corporate wellness arm is equally comprehensive. She offers nutrition talks, employee consultations, and workplace challenges.
Programs, as Holly shared, are science-led and designed to be interactive. Topics range from energy optimisation to snacking strategies.
Financial commitment is definitely higher than most options. There’s also limited client intake at times.
Easy to speak with
“Holly has been great to work with. She has been really easy to speak with, very responsive and organised, and offered so many delicious and varied recipes. Without Holly, I don’t think I could have achieved my health goals. It has been my first time engaging with a nutritionist and has been such a positive experience. I would highly recommend Holly to anyone.”

Location: Suite 11/20-40 Meagher St, Chippendale NSW 2008
Contact: +61 2 8000 0045
Opening Hours: Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
The Dietologist is one of Australia’s most specialised fertility nutrition clinics. They operate as a 100% online service, extending their reach across Sydney and nationwide.
We liked how comprehensive and highly specific their service suite is. For instance, their flagship nutrition coaching program runs for 6 months and costs $2,300.
This one includes accountability via Trello, at-home Omega-3 test kits, and meal plans, among many others. We’re happy with that range, seeing the good value for money it offers.
Another key thing that we loved is the structured onboarding process. Everything begins with a complimentary discovery call, followed by pathology review and health history analysis.
We see this as a great option for clients who want to get started right away. This is because clients can receive their plans within 48 hours.
The range of expertise proves them to be among the best. Clients say they come to this place for PCOS, endometriosis, and thyroid disorders.
Costs are high, though. In-person options are also not in the picture.
Compassionate and listens to everything
“The experience at the Dietologist has been good. Stef and team are compassionate and listen to everything you have to say even if it is non nutrition related. The nutrition and supplementation plan is well thought out. and customised. Regular follow ups kept me going to develop good habits and build a good diet. It was a good learning experience from the experts!”

Amazing dietician with incredible support
“Stef has been an incredible support to me over the many years of struggles with infertility and IVF. Not only is she an amazing dietician who taught me so much about pre-conception and pregnancy nutrition, she is also a wonderful support person to have on your side. We now have a happy, healthy baby and I can’t thank Stef and her team enough for their support.”

5. Mariana Franco

Location: 805 Pacific Hwy, North Sydney NSW 2060
Contact: +61 493 088 046
Opening Hours: Monday – Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Mariana Franco impressed us with her highly personalised and investigative approach. She begins with detailed pre-appointment forms and often recommends medical testing when needed.
We like this strategy, as it really uncovers the root causes of conditions.
What’s great about this approach is that it reflects well in client outcomes. According to clients, they felt that their weight management techniques were sustainable.
They also saw key improvements such as better reflux symptoms, better energy levels, and improved focus.
Her communication style stood out during our review. Clients mentioned her empathy and non-judgmental attitude. Consultations are wrapped with practical guidance that makes it easy for clients to get started.
Beyond one-on-one consultations, she also offers perimenopause-focused programs for women. Her support for weight loss medications and post-bariatric surgery is also pretty popular among patrons.
We only wished for more accessible info on rates, so clients can easily make comparisons.
Empathetic approach and supportive
“My recent nutrition appointment with Mariana was truly refreshing. Her empathetic approach made me feel understood and supported. She offered constructive and practical recommendations for moving forward. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate, effective and science based approach to nutrition.”

Open and understanding
“I really enjoyed my first appointment. I could talk to Mariana for many hours. She was very nice trying to know about myself.
We talked about what I could change and also focused on what I didn’t want to change, which was very important for me. She was opened to understand my opinions. Looking forward to work with Mariana.”
