Fantastic customer service
We popped into Petbarn Alexandria to pick up dog food and supplies for our newly adopted kitten, and we had such a great experience. I get all of my dog’s food, clothes, and treats here. The owner Aroop is incredibly hands-on and knows the dogs by their first name. He even remembers my dog’s favorite treats. He’s very patient in helping me find the perfect jackets for my dog Bennie, and is so conscious of making sure I receive the receipts via email and find just what my dog needs. They also have an extensive collection of treats and clothes! It’s my first time to find a range of sizes as extensive as theirs. Bennie loves seeing Aroop!

Lovely staff & new premises more open; spacious… Compared to places like “pertbarn ” with the 2 hr delivery I’ve discovered that not only convenient fir emergency supplies & my not so little puppy Mutu loves them as he gets within a 10m & training goes out the window as he’s on a mission to run in & say hi to everyone. The staff are always helpful & accommodating but the prices are in areas I would not have expected like bulk items or bones are actually 60+ percent better value & accident solutions haha 25%+ cheaper.

…We got fish there before, and the team members don’t step outside their area of expertise – there doesn’t seem to be any ego involved, we were always referred to another staff member if the current person didn’t have the answers to our questions (and fair go the aquascaper doesn’t know what bulbs a bearded dragon needs!). 100% recommend. The best pet shop ever!!! The staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable. The store also have every necessary things we need for our pet. It was our first time having a puppy so we had no idea what to do. However, the staffs were guiding us the entire time on what we need to do and get, they even gave us a call days after to check and happily answer our questions when we called. When the vet required our puppy to have a dental procedure months after, Kellyville Pets was happy to cover it without any fuss…
