When it comes to sustainable toys in Sydney, Bambino Eco Toy is pretty hard to beat.
Most of their range is made of wood, wool, and organic cotton. When we checked them out, the toys felt sturdier than the mainstream plastic toys you’ll find in big retail stores.
The collection felt very cohesive too. It’s not just a random assortment of “eco” products. They got everything from wooden blocks to cuddly organic bears. We found their felt toys, especially the fairies and animal figures, especially charming.
From what we’ve heard, they also have great giftwrapping service. Orders arrive beautifully wrapped and thoughtfully presented, with staff accommodating special requests like handwritten notes or added touches.
Aside from that, we appreciate their friendly support and quick responses, which are really helpful if it’s your first time shopping at their store.
However, since their toys are made of sustainable materials, expect them to be priced higher than plastic toys.

Gift Factory Outlet is one of Sydney’s well-known toy stores, specialising in ride-on toys. We highly recommend them to parents looking for something more substantial than the usual toy-store finds.
What really stood out when we were checking their range was the overall build quality. Many of their ride-on cars come with features like air rubber wheels and upgraded, quieter motors.
Based on what we heard from parents, the toys feel solid and better engineered than typical big-box alternatives.
We also love that they let buyers test their toys outdoors to really see how they perform. Plus, it gives kids the chance to experience it before their parents commit to a purchase.
After-sales support is great too. They offer a warranty, and if you encounter issues with it, they’re open to repairing or even replacing it.

Planet Pop World is one of the most interesting toy stores in Sydney. Their blind boxes make them a great place to buy toys, not just for kids but also for adults.
It’s a popular stop for pop-culture fans and gift buyers looking for something less conventional than standard toys. They have almost anything (like Zootopia, Garfield, and Marvel characters) in blind boxes.
Their Mofusand fluffy pajama figurines are also too adorable to ignore.
We also love how organised the store is. Products are arranged clearly, so it’s relatively easy to find the characters or series you’re interested in. Combined with a clean layout and bright lighting, the shop feels inviting and not cluttered.
Prices are great too. Limited editions are understandably expensive, but their regular items were all priced reasonably.

Customer service is great too. Staff members are hands-on and helpful, assisting with testing and setting up the toy while offering guidance on age-appropriate picks. They’re not that salesy too, which we appreciate.
In terms of pricing, the rates are fair for the size and types of products they carry. Plus, they run sales and promotions on selected items, which help make some toys more accessible.
Just note that their sale items have reduced warranties, which is a bit of a risk.

It’s a mini version of the real Hilux and looks super realistic. The details are spot on! We’ve driven it over grass, gravel, and even down some small steps, and it’s still going strong. The remote is simple, perfect for kids, and the car responds really well.
