The store’s showroom is well-organised. It’s such a feast for the eyes seeing their furniture neatly arranged. We didn’t have a hard time imagining how the items would look in rooms.

The quality of the furniture also doesn’t disappoint. Their fabric sofas are well-crafted with soft cushions. Their outdoor furniture also feels sturdy and built for the city’s weather.

We also appreciate their wide range of styles. Take their dining tables, for example. We had a hard time deciding whether the oval and angled tables looked better. The pieces also come in a variety of finishes, from wood to marble.

In addition, dealing with the in-store staff is painless. They’re very accommodating without being salesy. Customers also said that they’re very flexible with the delivery, making furniture shopping a breeze.

Just a heads-up: if you’re going to pick up an item from their store, we recommend arriving early, as they have strict collection hours.

If you want to go for a brand-new one, they have a comprehensive range of furniture that ranges from sofas to bed frames. Although brand new, they’re priced surprisingly fairly for the quality. 

Their in-store staff are also patient and accommodating. They let you take your time to look at their items without pitching their sale, which makes the shopping experience relaxed.

We’re just disappointed to hear about some delayed deliveries.

RJ Living caught our attention because of its neutral-colored and wooden-themed furniture. From the sofa to the dining tables, they have perfectly matching pieces you just want to take home (if your budget allows). 

We noticed that their collection is pretty confined in a minimalistic style, making it easy for you to mix and match pieces for your room. One thing we adored was their oak pinched sideboard, which perfectly complements their opal ochre 3-seater sofa.

That said, they might not be a great fit if you’re looking for some bold-coloured furniture – like the ones you see in commercial spaces.

On the bright side, they have a customer-centric return policy. A customer said that she needed to return the item because it’s too big for her small apartment, and the store offered to collect and return it within the specified time.

On top of that, they maintain excellent communication regarding deliveries. Customers occasionally experience delivery delays. It’s a good thing that the team responds quickly when customers request updates.

Santosa Furniture Warehouse got us because of their space – we mean plenty of parking and a spacious showroom. 

They displayed their items well while still providing enough space for buyers to walk around and explore comfortably. 

It’s also great that they have a comprehensive collection of furniture (to the point that you’ll feel overwhelmed). Talk about different colours and styles of sofas, dining tables, and closets. They have it all, plenty of options to choose from.

The good thing is that they also have great customer service. Their staff is ready to answer questions, guide you through sizes, and help you find the pieces you’re looking for without feeling rushed.

We can say that they really know their products very well, and their communication is very thorough. It feels like you’re getting a personalised service when talking to their staff.

However, we have to admit that their pricing is on the higher side compared to other stores. This shop might not be ideal if you’re looking for some budget-friendly items.

Also, the delivery can take a while, which is not ideal if you need it right away.
