We got in touch with the Impala team on the phone, and walked them through a hypothetical kitchen renovation we had in mind. They were professional, thorough, asked clarification questions when necessary, and generally did everything they could to make our vision a reality.
At some points, however, it seemed like too much of a good thing: it felt like we would need to be present to provide continuous feedback during an actual renovation, instead of being able to trust the team to follow the agreed-upon plan.
This is good in terms of following a specific vision, but might be overbearing to some customers.
