If it weren’t for EXCELLENT young people like you, “Old Farts” like me would burst into tears every time anything ICT went wrong at home (because we don’t know how to fix it without your knowledge & support) 🎉🙏

2. Bat Tech

Website: https://www.battech.com.au/
Address: Level 3, Suite 309/478 George St
Contact: 02 9698 9644
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday – Sunday, after-hours drop-off available by appointment
Bat Tech specialises in tailored gaming and business desktops, so you won’t receive generic off-the-shelf packages.
Their team deserves applause because they configure each machine to match individual user goals instead of pushing costly parts you don’t actually need.
Even better, they’re an all-in-one computer shop with data recovery, virus removal, and repairs.
We like that purchases come with a solid one- to three-year on-site warranty, free delivery, and ongoing technical support.
On the downside, their schedule is between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays only. Weekend drop-offs require booking a special after-hours appointment, which is a hurdle for sudden computer breakdowns.

3. Anitec Computers

Website: http://www.anitec.com.au/
Address: Shop 5, 174 – 180 Pacific Highway, corner of Bay Road
Contact: 02 9966 1098 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:45 AM – 4:45 PM
Operating in North Sydney for over 30 years, Anitec Computers has become a trusted business in the area.
It’s not surprising, as their Microsoft-trained team provides excellent customer support. They track down hard-to-find components and pre-install essential operating software before you collect your completed system.
Plus, they build specialised systems for intensive tasks like video editing and computer-aided design (CAD). They even source niche, hard-to-find hardware for demanding computer work.
To boot, the shop provides office network setups and dependable hardware repairs right on the premises.
But running a physical store in Sydney that isn’t open on weekends is a problem for urgent needs, especially when you have a busy schedule.

Louis had it fixed within two days
Excellent service. Louis is knowledgeable and quickly rebuilt my 11 yr old CPU which died after a few weeks of gradually working very slowly in Windows 10, corrupting the data drive and giving up altogether.. Louis had it fixed within two days and upgraded to Windows 11 and new hard and ssd drives. I’m extremely happy with my ‘new’. Computer and definitely recommend his services.
